Im a total hermit, I read, I knit, I dance, I stretch. I am a mother of two feral boys. I write. I create. I Love theatre, song, drums, the fire. I heal often, I feel lots, I love working with Women and Children.

I stand for freedom, empowerment and expansion for all woman. I uplift, inspire and create a new plan of well being with you. I help you deepen into your true self, your body, your soma, your cellular intelligence, your deep remembering. We work to heal the unhealed. To Find The Wild Woman that lives in us all. You expand, Your life expands, Your universe expands, Your breath expands, You become a spacious human and you take up the space that is your own. You were born into this space it is waiting for you.

I break down walls and barriers that keep you from your most true self. I want to see Woman rise always, I want to help you know your compass in life deeper. I want to teach you how to be your own healer for yourself and your family. I want to share old traditional easy ways of holistic living and healing. I want to create self care and nourishment of and for the feminine.

In my teenage years i knew I wanted to be in the health and wellness world and to be with Women. I started to read Ina May at 13 years old and Starhawk changed my life at age 14, I felt the call to all of the traditional ways of the feminine. I loved the simple life. I became a doula while earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage, Family, Gender and Society from University of Colorado in Boulder. After graduating I traveled for five months down to Central America studying yoga, transcendental meditation & herbalism. I farmed, gardened and studied more herbal traditional education in Northern California for years. I served in birth work for 21 years as a doula and 8 years as a midwife. I’ve retired and Im thrilled with the new chapter of sleep, joy, and creative inspiration and offerings to you all.

I love to see women in their power taking up space in this world. I love to inspire more body wisdom and instinctual abilities into the world. I am forever dedicated to the senses reawakening to their natural abilities. I am a seeker of truth for each individual I work with. I work with the energy I work with the body. I see the body as a map and guide women deeper into their own space I love teaching body wisdom in a creative space with women. I aim to inspire more freedom within the human body.
